Sarah Martin

I am a fourth year PhD student at the University of Bristol, supervised by Matthew Tointon. My research mainly concerns studying percolation on Lamplighter groups, specifically on Diestel-Leader graphs.

I was previously a co-organiser of the Bristol Junior Geometry Seminar (BRIJGES) alongside Merlin Haith Rowlatt.

I co-organised the 26th Edition of the Postgraduate Group Theory Conference (PGTC) alongside Marina Anagnostopoulou-Merkouri, Pénélope Azuelos, David Guo, Merlin Haith Rowlatt and Hongyi Huang. The conference took place in Bristol on the 1st - 4th July 2025.
